In order to get rid of stains caused by coffee, tea, red wine or cigarettes, you will need to take extra care of your teeth.
The most important thing is to brush for at least 1 minute a day.
Make sure to use a soft brush so you don’t damage your enamel.
Brush after every meal or chew gum.
Avoid sweets and replace them with fruits and vegetables.
Choose a toothpaste that has flourine to strengthen our enamel.
Visit the dentist twice a year and ask for suggestions on products that fit our teeth needs.
If you are using white strips, make sure that your gums stay healthy because the strips can provoke pain or gum redness.
Consult your dentist for anymore questions.

What is Invisalign?

Invisalign are invisible braces that has revolutionized orthodontics. They can give you a beautiful smile by straightening your teeth without anyone knowing.

How do they work?

Your othrodontist uses computer imaging to analyze your mouth and create a series of clear retainers. The first one fits your current configuration of teeth. Each successive retainer will use gentle pressure to move your teeth to their target alignment.
The invisalign braces use controlled force on your teeth and can specifically move each tooth individually.

The number of invisalign trays used will depend on your individual case but the average is between 18 and 30. Each invisalign retainer is removable and will be worn for two weeks, 24 hours a day, except during meals. The process is repeated until your teeth are in their desired position. The entire invisalign treatment takes about the same amount of time as traditional braces.

Benefits.

Your teeth can be straightened without anyone knowing.
Improved hygiene over metal braces, because you can brush and floss as you normally would.
You can eat sticky foods.

The cost of invisalign is as much as 20 to 50 percent more than traditional orthodontic treatment, however the exact figure is dependent on a variety of factors.

Problems
Certain movements involving premolar or rounded/ovoid teeth, as well as bite opening or vertical movements are considered “unpredictable.”

Ask your dentist about your specific case.
